You're probably wondering what this community is all about, so Libby and I would like to give you a bit of background on what we're doing here.
HI GANG, THANKS FOR VISITING KOCHIE'S MONEY MAKEOVER!
Personal finance is something we have always been passionate about. Before my time as host of Sunrise and President of Port Adelaide Football Club, I had a long career as a finance journo… in fact I’ve been the finance editor of the Seven Network for the last 25 years, founded Personal Investment magazine and been a long-term money columnist for News Corp.
Libby, meanwhile, has been responsible for managing the family finances throughout our relationship. She’s got an incredible eye for detail, does all the research and gets a buzz when she gets a good deal.
Since launching the Money Makeover we’ve been amazed at the positive response from people who have done the course. So we’ve created the Investment Makeover as a follow on from the Money Makeover, aimed at helping people who are ready to take the next step with their money.
As the community grows, we’ll release more courses, focussed on different areas of your finances, from investing to retirement to kids and money.
We can’t wait, and we just want to say thank you from both of us for being a part of the Money Makeover community. We hope to see you on one of our courses very soon.
